Once every year we have a Culture Week. Elders and adults come to our school and teach us different cultural things. Our culture week goes from Monday to Thursday and there are many different subjects students can learn about. The subjects are:
- Yupik Dancing (Yuraq)
- Skin and Fur Sewing
- Beading
- Knitting
- Male and Female talk
- Drum making
Students and teachers like culture week because they learn a lot from the elders and have fun doing the different activities.
